Example menu:


Optimum Diet

 

Breakfast::

  • Water with lemon juice
  • Oatmeal with seeds, white cheese and fruits
  • Raspberry green tea

Lunch:

  • Rucola, cucumber and pumpkin juice
  • Crisp bread with eggpaste(made with homemade mayonaise) and sprouts

 Dinner:

  • Grilled chicken breast with rosemary, buckwheat groats in mint-dill sauce with mascarpone
  • Green peas puree
  • White cabbage salad
  • Water

Snack:

  • Banana-yoghurt shake with chia seeds and fresh fruits

 Supper:

  • Wegetarian baked beans with feta cheese

Vegetarian Diet

 

Breakfast:  

  • Water with lemon juice
  • Red lentil paste with dried tomatoes and fava paste with garlic
  • Mix of vegetables
  • High-protein crisp bread
  • Green tea

Lunch:

  • Kiwi shake

 Dinner:

  • Vegetable quesadilla in whole-grain tortilla
  • Kale salad

Snack:

  • Millet groat brownie
  • Fresh fruits
  • Water

Supper:

  • Risotto with wegetables and blue cheese
  • Water
